Wednesday was a touristy type day, but I didn't hate it! We went to the Sacre Coeur and Montmartre. It is a nut house in front of the Sacre Coeur. There are "North Africans" who aggressively try to tie friendship bracelets on your wrist and then charge you 5 Euro for it. I was smart and kept my arms crossed with my wrists basically in my armpits, but other people in our group had to fight them off. One girl actually threw her water bottle at one of the guys to keep him off.
For dinner I went out to a good French restaurant L'Alchimie and dropped 33 Euro on a fantastic meal. I ate every cents worth! This is my entree (American appetizer) of Albacore tartare. It was on top of tapenade, drenched in a sesame oil and wasabi sauce, and topped with a caramelized sesame cookie.
Here is my plat (American entree) of Saint Pierre, AKA John Dory. I've never had this type of fish before because it's not native to the US, but it was so moist and delicious! It was served in a white wine, butter, and rosemary sauce. I pulled a Mom and sopped up all the remaining sauce with the table bread... And it had deep fried garlic!
This was the best meal I've had so far. Madi, lets see if we can top this! I cant wait till you arrive on Sunday :)

Great photos Megan! I think you found your calling as a food critique!!
